There are a few document library updates Civic Clarity has added over the past few months that we wanted you to be aware of on your main Document Library page.

1. When a person uses the document search field, there is now a “Clear Search” link under the search bar for quick clearing of the document list results.
2. We’ve refined search result ranking to surface the most relevant documents in long lists.
   • Documents with your search terms in the title are weighted most heavily and appear at the top.
   • After title matches, results are ordered by how frequently the terms appear in the document.  You might not see your search phrase words in the listed documents as the below example illustrates.
