If you have a website currently, confirm your content migration needs.

We want all currently live content moved, though the page structure might be different.

Following industry standards, Civic Clarity websites are reviewed against WCAG 2.1AA guideline errors and every attempt is made to score zero in the error category. We pay particular attention to a number of important criteria pre launch and add an ADA Accessibility page to your website with a form so concerned residents can submit any issues they find on the website.

We're very flexible on the design direction. All we demand is that the website match our current/new logo and color pallete, has an up to date style, and is functionally easy to navigate.

Mega Menu Design

A mega menu can help you organize deep sections like Government or Departments into columns when hovered over. They also can be their own mini-marketing feature where you place content you want your viewers to see.

No need for mega menu creation as we plan to have only a few child pages under main navigation tabs.

We are interested in creating multiple column format mega menus for a couple main navigation tabs.

The below apps have individual launch set up costs and an added annual fee. We will list these add-on fees in our quote and they can be added at any time pre or post launch.

Website Editor Support

This section clarifies your website editing support needs.

Website Editors

AccuNet supports two website editors as part of our standard customer service. If one leaves, we train another at no additional expense. Will you need more than two editors at one time?

No. We need no more than 2 website editors

Yes. We will need a number of active editors at the same time AND want AccuNet to support all the editors.

How many website editors will be needed at the same time?

Do you need a Website Admin Editor?

A Website Admin Editor has all the capabilities of a website editor, plus additional technical capability. Only Website Admin Editors can:
1. Edit menus
2. Create online forms/surveys/polls/
3. Add/delete users.

AccuNet will make all edits to your menus and users as needed at no cost to you. However, sometimes an account wants control of these activities. AccuNet will create any online form/poll/survey you want and charge for our time. If you plan on using online engagement frequently, then a Website Admin might be wanted. We create this type of editor when requested and they receive their own training and support.

Sometimes an organization needs to limit access for an editor to specific pages or post categories. We create this type of editor when requested and they receive their own training and support.

Post launch, do you prefer to edit your website, or out source to AccuNet?

We plan to do all needed editing for our website once trained on the service.

We will edit our website, but we can see us needing help from time to time due to vacations or other time constraints.
